On Saturday, November 22nd the Elizabethtown Church of the Brethren held a Holiday Celebration and Threads and Treads was the recipient of the monies raised which totaled $2,800.

The committee is so grateful for this generous donation which purchases new items for those students at Elizabethtown Area School District who are economically disadvantaged.

Since August 1st to current date we purchased over $6,000 of new items. We had 28 request for students and stocked several closets with coats, hats and boots.

This outreach program of Christ Church United Church of Christ is appreciative of the support of the area community.
